Four main problems cover almost everything that stops a bulk material line. Each links to one page: what you’re seeing, what fixes it, and proof it works.

FAQ
Questions about how our solutions work
Why don’t you sell products directly?
We do supply hardware — but only ever as the execution layer of an engineered system. An air cannon fired in the wrong position, or a belt cleaner fighting an untracked belt, fails early and wastes your money. We start every project with a diagnosis so the hardware you get is sized and placed to actually work.
What is Triple-Line Defense?
It’s our framework for where blockages are created and where they must be stopped: before the silo (oversize crushing), inside the silo (bridging, ratholing, buildup), and after the silo (belt conveying). Most plants only fight the second line reactively; we defend all three.
How do I know which system I need?
Match your symptom to the four problems below. If more than one applies — for example blockage upstream and belt spillage downstream — that’s common, and the systems are designed to interoperate. If you’re not sure, send us a description or photo and we’ll tell you.
