Can we buy just a cleaner or a tracker?
Individual terminals are available as replacements within an engineered line. A cleaner fighting an untracked belt fails early, which is why we start from a line assessment and sell the belt line as a system.
How do I choose between tungsten carbide and polyurethane blades?
Tungsten carbide lasts longest on vulcanized belts under heavy duty; polyurethane is the safer choice over mechanical splices or older belt covers. Tell us belt width, speed and splice type and we’ll spec it.
Does installation require stopping production?
Terminal installation is planned into your normal outage windows and performed under lockout. We pre-fabricate mountings to compress downtime.
How do we measure whether it worked?
Two numbers, measured before and after: carryback in grams per square metre of belt, and cleanup labor hours per week. Every project ships with a measurement protocol.
Do you support sites outside China?
Yes — remote engineering, video-guided commissioning and regional partners for on-site work; a commissioning engineer for larger projects.
