🏢 Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Engineer to join our team. You will leverage your mineral processing expertise to provide on-site technical support and operation services, ensuring the efficient, stable, and smooth operation of our bulk material handling and engineering systems at industrial sites.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Operation & Tech Support: Responsible for the on-site operation service and technical support of company products, ensuring the long-term stable operation of critical nodes such as bunkers, chutes, and transfer points.
  • Material Conditions Analysis: Combine mineral processing and utilization knowledge to analyze the operational state of different materials during storage, discharging, and conveying, and participate in resolving practical issues like blockage, poor discharging, and condition fluctuations.
  • Customer Technical Communication: Maintain active technical communication with on-site production and equipment management personnel, assist clients in using the system correctly, and improve system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Recording & Service Feedback: Participate in recording and organizing operational data, abnormalities, and handling results to provide a solid basis for system optimization, product improvement, and service model upgrades.
  • Standardization & Knowledge Sharing: Document typical working conditions and troubleshooting experiences into service specifications or case studies to continuously enhance the technical capabilities and response levels of the service center.

🎓 Requirements

1. Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mineral Processing Engineering, Mineral Utilization, or related fields.
  • Open to both talented fresh graduates and experienced professionals with on-site engineering backgrounds.

2. Technical Skills

  • Solid foundation in mineral processing, with a clear understanding of how material particle size distribution, moisture content, and stickiness impact discharging and conveying processes.
  • Basic cognition of bulk material handling systems, including bunkers, chutes, and transfer points.

3. Field Adaptability & Service Mindset

  • Adaptable to typical industrial field environments such as mines, coal washing plants, metallurgy, and processing plants.
  • Strong customer service orientation, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and willingness to travel or reside on project sites periodically.

4. Learning & Communication

  • Excellent learning agility, with a strong desire to deeply understand system operations and on-site industrial conditions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal cross-functional teams, demonstrating great teamwork spirit.

5. Professionalism

  • Highly responsible, organized, and deeply committed to safety codes and operational standards.
