Join our pioneering team to drive the future of industrial intelligence. We are seeking a passionate Automation Engineer to design, develop, and optimize next-generation smart control systems, transforming traditional industrial sites into autonomous, data-driven ecosystems.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Smart Control System R&D: Design and implement intelligent control solutions to upgrade existing products towards digitalization and automation.
- PLC Programming & Commissioning: Develop, debug, and optimize PLC and related control system programs. Participate in joint system debugging, functional verification, and on-site commissioning.
- Data Acquisition & Integration: Collect and fuse multi-source sensor data (material level, pressure, vibration, flow, etc.) to assist in building equipment status monitoring and intelligent control models.
- Strategy Optimization: Optimize control logic and operational strategies based on real-world industrial conditions and operational data to improve system responsiveness and stability.
- Collaborative Platform Development: Collaborate with software development and system integration teams to build smart monitoring, remote O&M, and unmanned operation systems.
- Standardization & Iteration: Standardize control programs, data interfaces, and system applications to facilitate continuous upgrades and scalable replication.
🎓 Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation Engineering or related fields.
- Open to both talented fresh graduates and experienced professionals (3+ years of industrial automation project experience is highly preferred).
2. Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of industrial automation system architecture and common control methods.
- Fundamental knowledge of industrial sensors, actuators, and control logic.
3. Intelligence System Insights
- Basic cognition of industrial data acquisition, system interlocking, and status monitoring.
- Strong logical analysis skills with the ability to participate in the optimization of intelligent control strategies.
4. Field Work & Adaptability
- Adaptable to typical industrial field environments such as mines, mineral processing plants, power plants, metallurgy, and chemical plants.
- Willingness to travel or reside on project sites periodically.
5. Soft Skills
- Strong learning agility, a passion for technical diving, and excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Uncompromising commitment to system safety, reliability, and stability.
